Our Core Beliefs for Global Organisations
Uncertainty. Organisations and leaders require the skills to survive and thrive in situations of low certainty and low agreement. The uncertain economic environment and the interdependence of the economic actors makes increasingly difficult for leaders and organizations and individuals to anticipate the immediate future.
Relationships. The ability to develop resilient relationships and teams is at the core of the capacity of one organization to absorb and create change. Learning how to develop sustainable and mutually enriching relationships with all stakeholders reinforces the capacity to learn and adapt of one organization.
Context. The diversity of social rules and conventions in intercultural environments that we are exposed to makes increasingly difficult to find ‘the right way of doing’ both in our private and professional lives. More often than less we need ‘ad-hoc’ and contextual solutions that require a more complex decision making process
